The bulk of our work. Brick, stucco and vinyl homes, paver drives, screen enclosures and commercial property across the city.
Jacksonville Beach, FL
Salt air is hard on everything. Elevations and screens near the ocean pick up film faster and need washing more often than inland.
Neptune Beach, FL
Older homes and shaded lots, which means more algae on the north side and more growth in the paver joints.
Atlantic Beach, FL
Same salt exposure as the other beaches, plus a lot of painted surfaces that need low pressure rather than force.
Ponte Vedra Beach, FL
Larger properties, tile roofs and pool enclosures. Usually a full exterior rather than a single surface.
St. Johns County, FL
Nocatee, Julington Creek, World Golf Village and everything in between. Mostly newer homes with paver drives and screen enclosures, and HOAs that notice when either one goes green.
St. Augustine, FL
Older stucco, painted wood and coquina around the historic district all need low pressure rather than force. Out on Anastasia Island, the salt air is as hard on screens and siding as it is at the Beaches.
